provision of our services, as well as to maintain, protect, and enhance these
services. Additionally, we use the information to develop new services and
ensure the exercise of users' rights. The name provided in the WWA user profile
may be used in the provision of our services. Language or nationality
preferences are utilized to present our services in the user's preferred
language. When running advertisements, we do not associate identifiers from
cookies or similar technologies with sensitive categories of data. WWA
processes personal information on servers located in New York City, New York,
US, operated by Digitalocean company. Anonymous data is communicated to the
Google Analytics service for generating usage reports of our app. Pseudonymized
data, processed through a Google algorithm, is employed to monitor application
usage. Lastly, we retain nationality data for statistical purposes. Any usage
of information beyond the scope of this Privacy Policy will require the express
consent of the user.

include Hotels, Apartments, or other organizations that have utilized the WWA
platform to create and publish their own App. By accepting our terms of use and
privacy policy, users are consenting to these entities accessing their data
solely within the context of the services provided through the respective App.
We assure users that their personal data will not be sold to third parties or
used for marketing purposes without their explicit consent. Following the
guest's check-out or the expiration period defined by WWA, the user's personal
data will be either deleted or anonymized, as per our Data retention period
(see Data retention period).
3.2. WITH THE PLATFORMS UTILIZED IN BUILDING THE
WWA SOLUTION
The WWA solution is developed using third-party
platforms for software development, software hosting, component access,
frameworks, and service access APIs. We would like to identify the entities we
collaborate with for this purpose, including Digitalocean for hosting support,
Google for solution development and hosting support, and Apple for iOS Apps
hosting support. It is important to note that these entities do not have access
to users' personal data and are not authorized to access them.
3.3. FOR LEGAL REASONS
In certain cases, we may be required to share
information with external entities outside of WWA due to legal obligations.
This includes situations where it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation,
defend vital interests, exercise functions of public interest, or pursue

5. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
The WWA platform has the capability to send
general push notifications to all users who have downloaded the app and enabled
the notifications setting. It is important to note that these notifications do
not utilize any personal information of the user. Users have the freedom to
disable the push notifications setting on their device at any time.
6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be retained for the
duration necessary to provide our services through the WWA application, until
you choose to delete your user account, exercise your right to object or
withdraw consent for data processing, or request the elimination of your data.
However, we assure you that your personal data will never be retained for more
than one year. After this period, it will be either erased or, if relevant for
statistical purposes, anonymized.
